So PJ has done some seriously adorable things the last week and I took all these pictures and then couldn't find the time to post anything. So this is going to be one really long post, again. Sorry. The slide show is all the pictures I took last week while he was playing in the rain. There was one day that was just pouring all day and he just couldn't take being inside anymore. So I let him have at it. He just loved it! Kept sitting in a puddle but the neighbors dogs. Oh well, he loves them. He was so soaked but just so happy to be out!
I took these on Thursday as we were leaving preschool. He absolutely LOVES to go and play with the other kids. He is always so proud of his art work and is just so friendly to everyone he meets. A lady at church gave us this back pack and he just loves it. Not to mention his "blues clues" hat....never leaves home without em! It's great! (And I must say, it's even better when your kid carries his own stuff around in his own bag rather then over stuffing my purse or carrying two!)

These are PJ in nursery at church yesterday. Someone brought in these yellow hats. They had some corney quote on them about God's Construction team but they look more like fireman hats to me. Either way, he looked adorable and it fit him perfectly. He kept taking the other one and putting it on the other kids. Of course, his head was the only one big enough to keep it on for very long.
So there is my adorable kid. He's so fun. Things have been so hectic lately and don't seem to be letting up anytime soon. The weather is just great and they finally opened the pools this weekend. I am already FRIED. But, there is something fun about the first of the summer sun burn.... we'll probably go swim again tonight for FHE. PJ loves the water. Only he can't swim so he gives his dad and I panic attacks the entire time we're at the pool. Jumps in randomly or wiggles out of our arms. We need to find a good floating device that keeps his nogin above water but lets him move freely still. Any suggestions??

He looks so happy at preschool! I'm glad its working out for him.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had suggestions, but the Rec Center here doesn't allow floaties. CRAZY! Our kiddo is starting preschool too. I am so excited to hear how much PJ likes his...I am freaking out! He sure looks cute!
ReplyDeleteMy girls had swimsuits with built in floatation. They were little styrafoam blocks that slipped into pockets in the suit. As they learned to swim you could remove a few of the blocks at a time until they were all out and they could swim on their own. I'm pretty sure I just bought it at Wal-Mart.
