12 hours to go....
Well, it's a little after 7pm on Wednesday night and reality is sinking in. We check into the hospital in a little less than 12 hours to FINALLY be induced!! Hopefully this time tomorrow night we will be holding this little girl in our arms and OUT of my belly. We have been in "false labor" for going on two weeks. The Dr sending us to the hospital and then home again...up to 4 times now. We finally have convinced them that this body of mine doesn't progress like a normal pregnant body and needs some minor assistance getting the baby out. So 5 days before my due date, we are going to get it! At dinner I looked over at PJ (who was eating in his new superman jammies (thanks Granny!)) and realized this was our LAST night as "just the three of us" and it's now about to be 4....whoa. Talk about reality check. Excited, nervous, scared....three words to describe how we're feeling.....Anyway, keeping this short and sweet but thought we'd all give you a heads up to check our blog for pictures this weekend as we should get some of this little angel soon.

ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed reading your blog about your little family and am so happy for you guys! What a blessing to be bringing another life into the world. It also makes me think how lucky we are to live in this day and age where even if there are a few stumbling blocks along the way to giving birth one can still have a healthy and happy baby. Just imagine what it would be like 100 years ago!

I am so excited for the "3 of you", soon to be 4! I can't wait to see pictures! I can't beleive you are already 5 days from your due date! Time goes so fast! You will have to tell me how it goes...I am a little scared myself and I only have 63 days left now! :) Wishing you the best!
