My kids are exceptional in so many ways. They are exceptionally adorable, exceptionally great at arguing, exceptionally hilarious for starters. But, they are also, exceptionally ANTI BAND-AIDS. Yes, you heard it right folks, if you so much as show one of these sticky tools of modern medicine they run screaming from you. No kidding. Seriously. Most kids LOVE them, BEG for them. Most parents have to hide them. But not us. Even disguised as stickers of their favorite characters or a tattoo they know a Band-Aid when they see one and want nothing to do with it. I don't get it. THIS would be the reason for the picture of Amiah (sorry about the blurriness, I was trying not to laugh when I took it) so upset. She hurt her foot, the "ou-ee" needed a barrier to prevent infection and ThIS is the result. I don't get it.
